Who are his coworkers who support him Who from his personal life supports him (people who have known him a long long time)? What else is there to ask?
I’m not gonna worry about RFK. As Dem leaning voters learn more from him they will come back to Biden. He’ll take more votes from Trump. But shush… don’t tell that to the Trump team who somehow believe Dem voters are so stupid they would vote for another crack pot.
Hannity seems worried that his viewers are that stupid. [twitter]https://x.com/acyn/status/1776054422361063666?s=46&t=kf1qYlCXQnKgUhJWEIu2vg[/twitter]
Hannity is waking up and realizing that those 15-20% that have been voting for Haley/DeSantis aren't coming home in big enough margins to win. RFK is going to siphon off much more of these votes than he will from Biden. As always, Republicans set their own trap and walked into it.
I explained up thread that I lean R but won't vote for Trump. RFKJr could spoil the Rs and that would be fine by me; maybe the party will adopt a less-MAGA focus going forward. If he spoils the Ds that also works for me; maybe the Ds lean less progressive. My "none-of-the-above" vote for a spoiler is essentially win-win politically.
The problem is you sound like a "never" Trump voter but not a "never" Biden voter. Therefore if not for RFK or another third party and if forced to two choices only or in a run off, you would choose Biden so I think the Trump voters are more dedicated and less likely to "protest" vote. that is not good for Biden
GOP already has a built in 15-20% protest vote built-in that they need to win back.
