[/quote] Even if the construction crew was contacted (and we have no way of knowing if they were), I don't see how it's possible they would have all been able to make it over to a car, get in, and drive off the bridge in under a minute. Only if they were all already sitting in a vehicle is it even possible given the timing. Remember, most of the time the construction vehicles are behind barriers that need to be navigated to even get up to speed. [/quote]
