Oh, Alexandra, that’s upsetting. No one deserves to be told that. It’s mean and unnecessary. I’m sorry. I hope you have them a side eye glare and walked away. This whole life thing is hard enough without other people piling on. Back from the mall. Got everything for prom for about $200 so I was happy with that. We had frozen yogurt so I probably blew my sugar but after a six day streak, I’m alright with that. Calorie-wise I did fine. My breasts are so painful with the water retention so I hope that water weight will drop when my period comes. Hug your babies tight. They love you. You’re a great mom. Kate
Thanks Kate. I truly don’t understand. This was the second nasty comment about my appearance I’ve gotten in the past 4 months or so despite unequivocally being in better shape than a year ago and I don’t remember any comments like this back then. It’s really weird and makes me want to give up. It was a shitty day for other reasons and I skipped dinner because of the kids schedule and nonsense then ate a bowl of cereal and 2 cookies at 9. Could have been worse but I felt like crap. Ugh well it’s a new day. Trying to not let this get me too down. The thought of taking my daughter prom shopping gives me all kinds of feelings. What a special day- don’t regret anything about it. Alexandra
