I was also really sensitive to smells so anything could send me gagging which would make me throw up. I had some wicked heartburn a couple times. Now the only lingering side effect is mildly increased flatulence, majorly increased burping (this is due to the delayed gastric emptying effect, food basically begins to rot before it is digested) but that’s abated a lot too. BMs can be unpredictable. Overall 100% worth it. [/quote]
