Yes, there won’t be as much to do but there is still work to be done. And like others have said, after raising children for two decades, don’t I deserve a break/ retirement as well? I deserve a break at the end of this just as much as anyone else! [/quote] Basically all parents do that. The only time I’m not with my kids is when they’re in school, and then I’m working. I still have to do all of the 24/7 stuff. Sure, you deserve a break, but that level of time commitment is not unique to SAHP.[/quote]
