But you need to realize this IS an accelerated academic program and your child WiLL be expected to progress at an accelerated rate. Not that you need to "pressure" him, but it's a rigorous program. I have 2 kids in it & it is certainly more demanding than the base program. If that's not what you're looking for, it won't be a good fit for your child. By accelerated academic progress, I was more thinking along the lines of skipping grades, earning college credit in high school, and etc, which I consider to be a monumental waste of precious youth.[/quote]
