After that most kids are pretty settled into their teams and their team roles. So unless a player is really getting screwed out of playing time at their current club actual player movement steadily decreases with player age. So, if you are on a team that is struggling and looking for and infusion of talent don't necessarily count on it. There are just far to many options that have already diluted teams across the area.[/quote]
