Not sure if that is the case anymore but it did exist. 1-1.5 Team managers can manage a team. Had this setup for a few years with no problems and offer to pitch in when possible but for the most part, they can get it done. Spinning up some new folks that haven't done it before might be a bit of a learning curve but not difficult.[/quote]
