Nor have I. Which makes me think the police are hiding something. Like maybe he was beaten or tortured while in custody, and they're afraid to show photos of what he looks like now. Or maybe perhaps they're afraid that someone will recognize him as being someone else, and it will prove that police arrested the wrong person.
