It’s not NCS that makes these sorts of issues. It may be a different type of “institution” which is the institution of a certain social class/group/club in dc that is at the root cause of many issues at many of these schools. It is not the school as there are so many nice girls and families at NCS. I don’t even know who the girls are that you are all referring to but based on the description it sounds like it is more a parent/social engineering issue that has made it worse. I can assure you that NCS does not encourage exclusive bad behavior. It’s the complete opposite.[/quote]
