Clubs and leagues over time will force Aug and younger players to play with their grade. A team coaches will ignore grafe older players looking to play down. Which will force them to play on their grade B team. Its what happened in 2016 and before and its what will happen again.[/quote]
What I don't understand is the parents that think they'll have a choice in which team they'll be playing on. Top A team coaches have multiple players they can choose from for every position. Why would coaches choose a grade older player when they know they'd be a short-timer and guaranteed to eventually leave the team to play on a team thats their grade for recruiting? Some people will say that they're better than the other players that are a grade down. If this is true why didnt they make the A team thats their grade in school? It doesnt make sense.[/quote]

Coaches choose the best players available to them. The better the team does, even if a player leaves for whatever reason, will make it easier to find that player's replacement.[/quote]
