Jen is extremely sarcastic herself and a fan of lowbrow humor. She repeated multiple times in her All the Dish promotion how her sons look like “dirtbags” in a picture in the book. I don’t get what there is to learn from though here. Maybe if Jen gave Tyler  permission to post of a picture of Jen asleep and drooling on the subway, I could understand a sarcastic “semi hot” comment but without context, it just comes across as verging on emotional abuse  - little digs to bring down someone’s confidence. Maybe Tyler is threatened by Jen’s fame like Brandon was and now the cracks are starting to show. [/quote]
