It has not been declining rapidly, the Lil Hoyas should be very strong in 2019.

Hmmm, a few things to think about.  Landon will have a new head coach and lose (possibly) it's best all-time player.  Bullis will probably have a revamped coaching staff and may lose several players to transfer.  Prep's players have been terribly overrated and the coaching has been suspect at best.  None of those programs looks to be on a definite upward trajectory.  (As opposed to Gonzaga or St. John's.)  Can't say that anything is for sure next year in the IAC except that the parents from all 3 schools will have plenty of excuses on this board.[/quote]
