Because ECNL is in a big battle with MLSN/GA and if US Club took over USYS (the largest org), it might help them win that battle OR so overburden them that it helps MLSN/GA gain the upper hand.[/quote]

So ECNL name will mean even less? If they start letting more teams wear the badge the games will stop being Elite.

Not a hater, it’s a great business move to add a 2nd ECNL league and add a bunch of teams and have families not know the difference and everyone gets to post their kid is ECNL. [/quote]
