Some people just get a sniffle. And don't bother testing. But, since they don't know that it is covid, they end up hugging, kissing, shaking other people's hands, and touching everything, even sharing spoons. So that's how illness starts.
Soo true thanks for the reminder to always try to be conscious of germs. I try but definitely could be better. My coworkers sneeze a ton and it makes me crazy. The refuse to mask up so I make sure to 1) spray sanitizing deodorizer 2) purell my hands, nose,, and mouth 3) wear a mask 4) stay up to date on all my vaccines 5) eat healthier and more balanced meals rich in viral fighting nutrients 6) spend time outdoors breathing fresh air 7) keep distance from everyone. This works out nicely because one coworker eats sardine and the other eats loads of garlic. It's helpful to stay far 8) go for regular chiropractor and acupuncture treatments If there's something I'm missing please let me know. So far my cautious approach has helped a lot and I thankfully haven't felt sick in over a year. No random cold or flu...
You should publish this wonderful 8 step plan to avoid illness
I already passed out some pamphlets at work and it has proven to be helpful thus far. Was positively received
