He started trying to get her since SHE Was AN INFANT.
The family fought him and dragged it out, that is why she was with th for do long.
I cannot imagine.
There was another similar case, man did not even know about the kid.
Adoptive family lost to him and they gave up the fight .

Actually you can legally steal other people's kids.  This happens more often than people realize.  Dad was just lucky to have the Indian status to fight this.  Otherwise, he would have been out of luck.  People buy kids every day, both here and internationally.  There are no universal state or federal laws so the few laws in place are rarely followed and those like the Capobianos find easy ways to adopt, regardless of the ethics.  They don't care about ethics and doing the right thing.[/quote]
