She is her bio father, she has been with him the longest.

Doesn't matter. He signed away his parental rights. What do you think that means? It means he deliberately and willingly opted out of being a decision-maker in his biological daughter's life. He chose it. Sure he changed his mind, but he made those decisions himself. Stop making excuses. [/quote]
