[/quote]Indeed.  The forwards get to play and get highlights. Pretty much the families he is scared to rock the boat with can do what they want. The other supporting cast has to fall in line or else you may ride the bench.

Sucks because those players miss out on the HS experience playing against team mates and friends while a select few get more highlights for instahype.[/quote]

This is correct. They will tell you kids "can" play HS soccer but definitely discouraged. I don't think any 10s are playing and only a couple of 11s that are playing. It's definitely not common to play.[/quote]
