Well, well, well, here is the reason for all those new crazy taxes: Virginia Democratic lawmakers vote themselves a 278% pay raise https://wjla.com/news/local/virginia-senate-democrats-pass-state-budget-add-nearly-300-percent-pay-increase-for-legislators-money
Why do they keep voting for this. Make it make sense! You WANT to pay more for everything? You WANT to give them a 300% pay raise. Hey voters did You get a 300% pay raise this year? I don't know who is crazier the cast of characters or the far left liberals who continue to vote like this for her and steve descano. They're literally taking your money and getting innocent people killed. Then they're not working with ICE to deport murderers? I don't know how anyone who supports what's been happening in VA like this lately.
I support her because I like to see Republican heads explode due to Spanberger Derangement Syndrome. Seriously she’s doing fine, and these hysterical posts are comical.
Different pp You avoided discussing the ridiculous pay raise coinciding with the ridiculous tax increases. Good luck. I’ll wager you’ll move when things get tight. Better do it before the Va dems decide to create a “moving out of state tax.”
I'm actually fine with legislator pay raises. If it broadens the range of potential candidates beyond self-funded millionaires then it's a win. And as far as overspending, it's about 0.0001% of the state budget so I'm really not too concerned. It's a classic example of people reacting with emotion rather than thinking through the issue.
