The people who won’t accept it don’t care what the safest choice is. They are willing to accept a larger amount of risk so they don’t disappoint their employer or lose income. These are valid and legitimate priorities for those individuals, but unfortunately for them, the priority of safety of students and staff and operational considerations like do buildings have heat and running water are higher priorities for the school district. Yes, but if they plow the food distribution schools first and don’t start plowing other schools at all, and if building service workers’ home streets are unplowed and/or neighborhood streets around the school are unplowed limiting access to the school for those who are supposed to get it cleared, no one will be there to let the child care workers in the building. The building service workers did not sleep in the schools over the weekend!! [/quote]
