As I have gotten older I realized that I didn't want to waste time on little conflicts and issues in friend groups. I don't want to listen to one friend complain about another. I don't want to negotiate Friday drinks when one friend is trying to exclude someone she doesn't like. I just find it boring. I have a kid, a husband, a dog, a job, a few hobbies, and a great fondness for getting a good night's sleep. I want to keep things simple.[/quote]
