I wouldn’t say he was doing nothing, he just wasn’t doing what he was being paid for - he was too busy lining fields and coaching teams to effectively run the club. We have a new ED now who already seems to be much more effective and communicates with members and coaches very well. We will see if she can manage to improve the club overall [/quote]
