Omg!!!! Yes!!!! I, a woman, was harassed by women like that when I started out. Why? I was young, pretty, competent and very likable. They set out to destroy me behind my back. They didn’t count on me also being tough. I caught wind- had proof and both those old b@tches got demoted and sent to exile in a crap department.  I have 30 years in and I’m supportive and mentor young men and women starting out.

Women are the worst to other women.

People wonder why we are harsher on the women in scenarios than men.

I think it’s because we all have had it tough starting out in life as a “second class citizen”. We are the ones that give birth, do the bulk of childcare, etc. We expect other women to be part of that sisterhood.  Supporting one another. Only they know what it’s like to birth kids, be a mother and a career woman…yet women like this don’t have empathy for other women.

Society expects men to act like this. Women are supposed to be more evolved emotionally.

We will never break the glass ceiling when we continue to push other women down in the manner these 2 HR old skanks have been doing, or like the women I described in my office.  When we set out to destroy other women’s families and lives by not respecting them. [/quote]
