I think she did something other fhan just lose weight.  Something like a cheek implant or that thing people do to get rid of chubby cheeks?  There are other stars that did this to get rid of baby face but then it looks haggard as they age, when a little cheek fat is actually helpful.   She had a nice soft face before with a little pointed chin but she got rid of all the softness which accentuates the chin.  The lips are what really makes it bad though.[/quote]
