[/quote] The barnard class restriction from certain columbia classes was a policy change planned based on contractual agreements - has nothing to do with yield. I read about it a year ago. Regarding waitlists, yes i heard Columbia accepted more kids (due to yield uncertainty) and still using waitlist. (I'm an alum and follow our class news)[/quote]
