Eh, that's not a smoking gun as Bill's literally always been like that. Most men in general don't give a shit about instagram and social media. Coaches like him are obsessed with one thing: Football. Do any of you know medical doctors? Especially while they were in college, medical school and residency, for that decade of life it's like they were on another planet.
