Now, it is absolutely possible for Asians to dominate a [b]race-blind[/b] system that relies on a metric (standardized testing) that has been historically prioritized by Asian families in their pursuit of academic prestige... but if the demographic breakdown of the selected population differs significantly from the demographic breakdown of the applicants, you don't have a "race-neutral" process.[/quote]
