+1.  The alleged “cheating” never came up at any Board meeting or in either the state or federal lawsuits.  It is completely fake news perpetuated by the wokes to get away from a race-neutral merit based system where Asians dominate.  Rather than rise to the challenge they work to lower the bar and change the metrics to reduce the number of Asians.  [/quote]

By definition, it is impossible for any race to "dominate" a [b]race-neutral [/b]system of any kind.

Now, it is absolutely possible for Asians to dominate a [b]race-blind[/b] system that relies on a metric (standardized testing) that has been historically prioritized by Asian families in their pursuit of academic prestige... but if the demographic breakdown of the selected population differs significantly from the demographic breakdown of the applicants, you don't have a "race-neutral" process.[/quote]
