I think when he told Rupert he had to leave a few eps ago, he was quitting, not just talking about leaving the restaurant.)

At the very end of the game, we see the Dutch man and his daughter cheering on the team from the stands.

I think they lose the game so there’s something for Nate, Coach Beard, and Roy to work toward.

I assume Roy and Keely get back together—but at this point I don’t even care. Keely is just a shell of her former self and seems to need to work on that. But this is one part romantic comedy, after all, so I think they’ll probably get their happy ending.

I already need to amend. I think we get a shot of the Dutch man and his daughter watching the game at home, and we see the man recognize Rebecca, who’s on tv as the owner. Now that he knows who she is—we can imagine they reconnect. [/quote]
