Stop making excuses for her because of her age.  She is a mature adult who took a job which she applied for and presumably was trained to perform.  While I suspect Baldwin and his foul temperament was difficult to work with and that would be challenging for a young person, she had a job to do and for whatever reason did not do it.  If I were the victim's family this girl would be where all my anger would be and I am no fan of Alex Baldwin.  This was her responsibility, period.[/quote]
