We are a former family. As I was cleaning out my place, I noticed a lot of Whittle souvenirs from the inaugural year. My kid complained that Whittle wasted so much money on fluff, rather than on educational quality. This is probably why teachers were never paid on time. Chris Whittle has the tendency to not know how to prioritize spending. [/quote]
