What is true is that having a historic district is detrimental to the goal of adding affordable housing on top of a metro station.[/quote] Isn’t Adas Israel considering the construction of a signifcant workforce/affordable housing development on their surface parking lot? That’s close to the Metro but not in any historic district. Win-win.[/quote]
