And now Notorious Child rapist/GQP donor Josh Duggar was taken into custody by Homeland Security yesterday and today he pleaded not guilty to the charges that his attorney begged the judge not to read aloud. The charges are “receiving and possessing child pornography.”

I don’t know how the acts were described by the girls or Josh - or if they were described honestly - but please understand that rape in most jurisdictions, including Arkansas, does not require penis inserted into vagina.

Here is the Arkansas statutory definition of the acts that constitute rape:

“Deviate sexual activity: means any act of sexual gratification involving the penetration, however slight, of the anus or mouth of a person by the penis of another person; or the penetration, however slight, of the labia majora or anus of a person by any body member or foreign instrument manipulated by another person.”

If he put his fingers in their vaginas however slightly, he raped them. Period.[/quote]
