PP @8:13 here.  I hadn't even noticed the two doors!  One of those doors only [i]looks[/i] like a door, though.  The one on the right (facing the house) doesn't have a doorknob, and if you look at the interior, there's no doorway on the other side.  Sure does make me wonder if there used to be a door there, though, and why.

Also, it's a stretch to call it a 3BR.  One of the "bedrooms" is 8'3" x 7'9" with a large post (or chimney, or something) in it.  I'm not sure that's enough square footage to legally count as a bedroom, but it's definitely too small to serve as one.

It used to be a two-unit that the current renovator/seller converted to a SFH.  But because it's in the historic district, they could not remove that second door.  A couple of other houses on that block are still two or multi-unit properties. [/quote]

we live close to this one and have been wondering what's going on with it. it is indeed pretty narrow but still pretty cute. i actually didnt think $900k was so crazy in this market but maybe they made a classic mistake in not listing for like 800/850 and then allowing a few people to bid it up.[/quote]
