Nasty, full of sugar thing. Telling that almost nobody in my country makes it anymore, and it is a traditional dessert there, no? If a region that is known for it stops making it, it tells you all you need to know. Make your own sugar drenched baklava. The reason all baklava sucks is that it is nasty to start with. You could just melt sugar and put that into your mouth.[/quote]
