It might not. Northam's Chief of Staff mentioned that the DMV counties might work with DC and MD and delay some of these openings. Stay tuned.

I think he's changed his mind. DC cases and deaths are both spiking, and there's now a new hotspot at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Arlington County board issued a statement yesterday saying they that Arlington will move forward with Phase 1 when they meet the criteria, but they haven't met those yet.[/quote]
