Too late for a plea bargain.  The plea bargain was offered up front (when Felicity Huffman accepted).  It has been withdrawn.  At this point, a guilty plea just cuts down on the court time and sends it to the jury and judge to determin sentencing which will have to follow sentencing guidelines.[/quote]

Apparently the feds put the plea bargains back on the table. 4 parents who originally pleaded not guilty and were scheduled to go on trial took the deal up on Monday because they learned ADDITIONAL charges were being filed.

So they got there deal - don't know if it was the same terms as the original deal takers. Nevertheless Lori didn't take it so...[/quote]
