[/quote] It sounds like there might not be statute of limitation problems re sex crimes in NY or CA. But there needs to be the will to pursue the case on the part of the prosecutors. Also, it might be difficult to amass evidence. (Otherwise, it's just a he said/she said dilemma.) Too bad Vance squandered the evidence gathered when that model wore a wire. That very well could have been the best shot at a criminal prosecution. The women could go after him in civil litigation. But that would just be a matter of money. [/quote]
