Florida has some things in its state constitution that makes this more difficult for them. Not going to be the case in the other 25 or so states which will want to accomplish this.[/quote]

If the court recognizes the tenets of Judaism that are being cited in the suit, then there is no state that will be able to enact an abortion ban that violates the first amendment of the US Constitution.

It's only a question if the federal court system will agree that the clauses violate the freedom of religion clause of 1A.[/quote]
