She has ONE job for her limited duties - look like she intends to be there and represent the VP well.
And so, you would have felt exactly the same way about Gwen Walz, right?
Gwen Walz appears to TRY - she doesn’t have the natural beauty Usha has - that’s why we are hard on her - she has so much potential and dgaf
Right, she doesn’t care, glad we have that out in the open. It’s triggering to you, a woman, when another woman doesn’t prioritize beauty and fashion.
NP - she doesn’t have to be beautiful or fashionable. Mother Pence definitely was not. But she was well put together when representing our country. As someone said, that’s literally her job. Her only job at the moment and she has more than enough resources to do it. It’s not giving “I don’t care” it’s giving “I’m too good to be a political spouse”
If you want to drag her for her part in this administration, that’s one thing. But she’s actually looks fine- not great, not terrible. [cue poster who will say we’re friends]. But the idea that a 30-40 year old woman doesn’t prioritize hair, makeup, and clothes is giving some of you some really big feelings.
This is a beauty and fashion thread to make fun of Trump admin women. A lot of us think Usha doesn't look great. This is the place to talk about it. If you don't want to read it, join a different thread!
DP. Yes, there needs to be thread entitled something like "The Glamorous Trump Women and their Fashion Hits" for the people who can't tolerate any hint of criticism toward Ivanka/Usha. They can go there to gush about their heroes.
That’s right. If anyone disagrees with your assessment, they must be gushing about them or their besties! Only your views are correct!
+100 A mean girl cabal truly thinks they run this thread. And the fact that they think it’s appropriate to air their unhinged political views on a fashion thread is telling.
Why don’t you just report our “mean girl cabal” posts and get lost. You are hijacking our unhinged dragging of a woman we hate based on her appearance and we don’t like being called out on it.
FIFY.
DP. Is it “woman we hate based on her flipping political parties?”
Take your political rants to the political forum.
I am not on a political rant. People hashing judge Usha’s appearance because she used to be a democrat and now she’s on the facist team. People (whose posts have been deleted) finally admit it. So maybe when someone says “her hair looks fine,” it’s not met with “Usha’s besties are on here.” Because her harshest critics made clear it’s about politics.
THIS ISN'T EFFING TRUE. Every god damn time you come in this thread to defend Usha I tell you, I have called out Jill Biden for horrific looks (of which there were many), I said Gwen Walz, whose husband I VOTED FOR had a ponytail that looked like a particularly ugly penis, and I would never vote for Trump yet I frequently say how good Melania looks. You are trying to make this political and it isn't for many of us in this thread.
I'm not the PP (otherwise known as "DP" in case you can't grasp what that means), but you seem to be addressing everyone who disagrees with you and points out the obvious as the same person. As if there could only be one person who "comes in this thread" to "defend" Usha, whatever that means. And you're being completely disingenuous if you can't admit that many of the very negative posts about UV aren't simply saying they don't care for her dress, etc. Nope. They're saying all kinds of vile things like she looks like she hasn't bathed, must smell, has greasy hair, etc. None of which is appropriate - or true. There's definitely a deeper level of hatred toward her than there is toward any of the other women discussed on this thread. If you're one of the posters saying those kinds of nasty things about her, maybe ask yourself why. And also why you enjoy having a thread devoted to viciously dragging certain women.
NP - why are you reading this then? I have read quite a bit of this thread off and on and never seen anyone claim Usha has odor (though I do assume Melania & Ivanka probably smell more fragrant). However the only Usha “defenders” show up every so often and suddenly there’s a spate of posts complimenting her or defending her, all prefaced with “not pp” within a 20 minute time frame, all with similar language. Just skip the thread - or join one on truth social? Then the Usha posts will pass quickly like all the others; you are hijacking the thread
The posts accusing UV of having BO have been deleted. Good riddance. I'm not an Usha "defender," nor am I a "friend of Usha's" or whatever nonsense some of you throw out. However, it is a fact that the most vicious posts are directed toward her. Even the very snarky, immature posts discussing the other women on this thread never stoop so low. If they did, those would be reported too. As for the "not PP," there is a poster here who absolutely can't grasp when she's talking to a different poster and used to lump anyone and everyone she disagreed with as "DP," as if that was somehow made up to pretend to be different people. It's not. There are other posters here who have noticed the vile treatment UV gets and who speak up about it. Maybe if you snarkers could just keep your discussions about the clothing these women are wearing, rather than what you imagine their marriages are like, or rants about politics, this thread would be a lot more pleasant to read.
