YOU SHOULD BE FIRED.  YOU ARE NOT A GOOD COACH.  Go back to REC SOCCER (or washing dishes)!  We need a coach who views their job as helping to improve a player or players...not as a paycheck.  PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE bring in some new coaches!  Picking one player and leaving them in the entire game, every game doesn't do the team any good.  There's zero accountability.  This shows you don't know what you are doing and should go.[/quote]

Not the coach. Actually just an observant parent. You can not be this upset about one single player.  I can personally guarantee if you get a new coach or somehow make a new team, this dynamic will continue.  Coaches have personal favorites.  This has been going on since the beginning of time.  There are 11 kids on the field. Trust me one kid will not win or lose the game for you.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE try a new club and find this out for yourself. [/quote]

Same player loses important games for the team. Same player punks out big game. Not a good look for the coach.  Yet, play entire game. Coach has blinders on.[/quote]
