Those director votes aren't picking rosters, playing time, or tactics though. The true reality is its still MYS/Union legacy making the decisions that impact the players. Half the coaches and most of the assistants come from MYS. Both boys and girls teams for next year are 3/4 or more current Union players with only a couple exceptions out of 12 teams.
