That was just after they had expanded Westfield to far more than that. That was the "policy" because there was no other way to justify the changes. They used that policy to move kids from Westfield to South Lakes and from Chantilly to Oakton. I suspect this "policy" will also be dropped in the trash. Honestly, they should look at needs--and, if there is an egregious problem adjust as needed. Coates is a prime example. It should have been adjusted before this school year. So, what did they do? Added more temporary classrooms where the space was already cramped. Drive over there and take a look.[/quote]
