DOJ has been waiting for PB & OK trials to end before exposing pipe bomber. Same reason that DC cop was JUST indicted even though DOJ has known about him for 2 years.

I sincerely doubt that that part of Capitol Hill (really any part of the city around the Capitol or the White House) have any camera blind spots at all.
