They are probably trying to avoid publicly showing which age groups they still don't have coaches hired for.  I don't think this is some great mystery.  Bad situation for sure.  But as so many people have pointed out, this seems quite common with many clubs in the area.

It’s not common to only list one coach per age group and still not have this info at tryouts. And no they aren’t announcing coaches for every team in an age group at all tryouts. Stop with the “many clubs” BS unless you’re going to provide a list of clubs where this is the case. [/quote]
