Because 1. he was worried about being boring in comparison to other parents there, and 2. he had JUST learned his bio dad had been a musician whose own father had taught him to play piano - so he wanted to be a part of that.

I think he is the most talented actor out of the three playing the triplets. His comic timing is impeccable and he has a much greater range emotionally and intellectually than the other two. But then, so does his "character" given what we saw on last night's episode.[/quote]
