I fully agree that schools should drive property values -- it is a key attribute in the bundle of things you are buying in a home -- but it appears that the differences between Janney, Murch, and Hearst are so small that they do not matter for property values, at least where they are most directly comparable (with similar house type and location). Or that portion of economic theory is not working so well in practice.[/quote]
