[/quote] I'm not sure how there would be "social engineering" if what you're doing is creating a neighborhood high school. Now, you would have to create programs that people in the neighborhood would like and fit the academic needs of the students in the neighborhood community, but that's not admissions-based, but curriculum based. I think that's pretty much the definition of what any public school administration should be doing, across the country. Basically just duplicate the Wilson curriculum and you'd be done. Of course, you'd have to do more to modernize that old building, too, but I think they are working on that.[/quote]
