I was a DOD civilian overseas. I had to go to the JAG office and get an application for an absentee ballot notarized. It took a little effort, but i wanted to vote. But, mailing ballots to people for no good reason is not a good look. And, why did so many mail in ballots come into Fairfax on the same day? Find that a little odd.[/quote]
