Because they didn't.  Both the US and Iran proposals were agreed to be used as the starting point for negotiations.

Israel doing Israel things is the biggest danger.  Everything else is able to be finessed around.

We want this to end.  Iran wants this to end.  The Gulf States want this to end.  Asia wants this to end.  Europe wants this to end.  99% of the globes interests are aligned.  The only one that doesn't want this to end is Israel (and the evangelicals).[/quote]
