They probably have more leverage on comp than telework since we got our full budget and we have a lot fewer people.  It will take two to tango on telework and I don’t think anyone knows what management has or will offer, if anything.[/quote]

NP, I think the union has a purpose and provided tangible benefits but a union only works when you have an administration that is acting in good faith.

The union, like all of us, is being pushed into a corner full of shit. The light is starting to shine on this administration’s incompetence. I think there will be a huge shift by November. Whether that makes a difference for us will remain to be seen but, sooner or later, they will lose.[/quote]
